All this Bowsette stuff finally kicked me to make my own OC based on that, this isnt a gender swap or transformation.
This is Raikou an Oni who works for the DFP a different branch then altairs, as she specializes her more fantastical Youma and Yokai forces (armies of different Japanese monsters) shes made an island far into the ocean of neo gaia her Home building her mighty castle on the island with an impenetrable barrier.

While she does look to enroach on Altairs turf her and her followers seem to be more interested in just partying and chilling. she is easily smitten by cute girls and boys. In battle her and her followers can be very formidable, but much like Altair she does have a sense of honor and when she feels beat shes beat. She finds girls like skye irresistible and wants to take her for her own. this has lead to Mizune and others clashing against her.

Her appearance suggests a wild and fearsome warrior and while your partly correct. she also hides a much more charismatic side her followers are loyal with out question and adore her. and in turn she cares for all of her soldiers. As such why she is the Oni Queen. Shes also very strong with her spiked club and raw power. Youd be forgiven for not knowing she also is very skilled in Magic specifically lighting.

When push comes to shove much like Altair, Raikou will be a formidable threat from Oni island.
