What are you implying by "negative space" ? I'm very curious to hear your opinion more

Negative space is the area around the subject or between objects in an art work. The eye flows through the negative space until coming upon the subject. Here you have all this dark space above the subject who is dressed in white. The negative space is what  makes this image so dynamic.
