She knows no fear in the face of the truth, of the unknown.Purity, warmth and light were all the theme of this portrait.
I wanted to shoot a religious style image that was purely about the facial expression. One where specifics might be open to interpretation, but the emotions were complex and evident.

I'm not a religious person at all, and I tend to stay away from the religious nature of things in pictures etc, but this picture... It's simply amazing. I really love how easy it is to hear what her eyes are trying to say... Not to mention they're gorgeous, especially with the make up surrounding them. I could stare at this picture for hours just because of the eyes...
I guess you could say I have a touch of an eye fetish...
