While Kyle prefers to consume food in order to transform into Kyodai, he technically can eat anything in order to achieve the same reaults.
Even in-organic material like steel. Kyle's body won't have trouble breaking it down.
Kyle isn't necessarily happy about his weight situation. Alot of his human clothes rarely seem to fit, and he gets embarrassed easily.
Though he use to hate it back when he first took it upon himself to protect the earth, these days he doesn't seem to mind it; seeing it as a necessary evil in order to protect humanity.
Sometimes, (though very rarely) it even seems like he might even be proud of how big he can get if he tries.
