If Zev were real, this is what he would look like! I've browsed through most of your gallery and you, are absolutely amazingly talented!
Everything looks perfect! His mouth is not too wide, it has always been wide in the game. Eyes are the right size. Proportion wise, all his facial features seem to correspond with his game graphics. All in all, super awesome job! I really hope the 'higher-ups' have noticed your talent.

Oh yeah I initially got turned off by his sleazy ways but when my elf romanced him and delve a bit deeper I found him quite endearing. And you got to admit that voice is SEXY.

Constructive criticism only because I absolutely adore this and I could care less if you listen or not because this is THE best Zevran render I have found flipping... EVER.... XD
The mouth is slightly to big and I've a feeling that if he smiled whilst showing teeth we'd all be very afraid. XD Except that I have seen no moments in which Zevran smiles in any way except that cocky smirk so I don't think you have to worry about it. XD
And the eyes are slightly small but I think its because of the mouth, the expression is PERFECT.

Before Dragon Age 2 came out a friend posted a screenshot of Zevran from the game. I was mortified. That's why I made this. I want to remember him the way he was in Origins.
