From my research, breeders who specifically breed for color haven't got the best reputations :[ Because a lot of them leave out the important thing when it comes to breeding, especially breeding such a strong hardy breed like the pitbull/etc, temperament! I've noticed it especially in blue's, the breeders who breed specifically for blue's, a lot of the dogs end up being aggressive or just having that sort of temperament that gives them the genetic predisposition to be aggressive :[ It's sad really, but luckily yours' temperament is fine(I hope?)! :]

My dane has a horrid temperament, even with her being from Champion conformation lines and being a show dog herself. She's really taught me a lot about breeding really, how I'm most definitely going to research our next breeder far more in-depth and actually meet and socialize and somewhat work with her own dogs so that I can predict the outcome of the puppies.

Gage actually has the best temperament of any dog I've ever owned! He's great with people and animals alike,and is sharp as a tack.
