Description
This AMAZING looking bird is a Parabuteo unicinctus harrisi, a subspecies of the Harris hawk only found in Texas, eastern Mexico, and Central America. I forgot what her name was. Sorry guys.This bird and a few others were hired this year to fly and be walked around SeaWorld to keep the seagulls from stealing people's foods and/or becoming aggressive. From what I heard it was a great success.

great photo and we had a hawk move in at the mcg football stadium in melboure cuse we had seaguls shitin on the players during games plus theyed be all over the feaild it wasnt tame but it kept the guls out of the way lol

Such a gorgeous hawk! I just love the textures in their feathers! So pretty! Glad to hear that the program has been a success! Those seagulls can be quite the vermin at times, though the seagull chicks are still to die for.
