GAH. I love that parasol. And scene hair, of course.
When you go to the hairdresser, just ask for lots of layers from the very top of your head and a side fringe. That is what I do.

lol, well i'm not big into the whole scene look, I don't wanna damage my hair from teasing it. I just like volumizing it by using hair a blowdryer and some hair puddy ^^

and hmmm...well you could always go and look up some scene girls on photobucket or any other place, find a hair style you want and ask a stylist to cut it and teach you how to tease your hair like that.
And be specific you want it really layered and choppy everywhere XD
or if you have any friends that are scenesters that do and cut there own hair to do it for you ^^
I'll be asking my bestfriend (the girl with the purple hair) to cut my hair, if my cousin isn't able to cut my hair. And my best friend is really good at like cutting hair to XDDD
