I think this is a beautiful and original piece! This takes the Frozen concept to a whole new level, especially given the great choice of colors. Frozen art tends to veer away from those oranges and greens you've used, and has (in my opinion) overused the blues/purples/pinks/yellows. The oranges and greens on the berries and flowers are so well chosen on your part, it brings a strange and fabulous element of summer to the wintertime background.
It's a fabulous concept. All the round shapes and the soft blends give the piece a sense of fruitfulness and fecundity, which should normally clash with the concept of snow and dead winter but it fits perfectly here. The snowflakes and the sparkles on Elsa's dress could be snow or they could be stars. Elsa's beautiful strawberry-gold hair could almost be a halo; in fact, I get a strong sense of goddess or Mother Earth / Blessed Mother feeling from Else here. The way she's portrayed, her expression on her warm feminine face, the position of her hands, and the fluidity of her dress, her hair, and her magic powers, all give the sense that she is both subject to nature and in control of nature. A hard balance to achieve, for sure! But you did it, and it looks fabulous! Celestial but earthy. The more you look at the painting, the more you see. The more I appreciate! All areas of the painting are filled and everything is well-proportioned. It just looks so effortless though I can imagine how much work it truly took for you to paint this.
Stunning, stunning. I have nothing to critique, except perhaps to say that Elsa's right arm and hand look a bit strange due to the billowing wind wrapping around the forearm. But that's a detail that upon further investigation a viewer will see is merely the effect of the wind/magic.

You really know to adapt your style at Elsa, escaping from the usual manga and from chibi style. The style is unique here and deserves 5 stars.
The use of curved lines worked very well here. It brought movement to the artwork, it's make an effect of a storm where Elsa is. You used different tones of blue, but the painting is more warm than cool, the effect is interressing, and considering the title of the artwork "Maybe snow fall tonight", is a summer (or spring) night, especially seeing the flowers at the scene.
But some things should be reviewed. Her hair is too yellow here, but the right color is more close to white. The left hand position is a bit strange. And I think that you could put some petals of those flowers at the scene. It makes the sensation of the storm grow.

... sorry u so much X"D, i paint so much dark color for the skind in her left hand so you can see her left hand same like " brokeback fingers" but it not like that, ^w^ some friends said that too when they saw her left hand ^w^ , and with the flower, sorry i don't remmeber we don't have so much flowers can bloom in winter , i just want my pic have some flowers- soft - everything like that, some warm color T^T, and Elsa not bring a storm , she only bring a soft wind like the first wind of winter with soft snow , thank u so much for the citiques , it's help me so much ^w^

First off, beautiful use of colors i think the blues purples pinks really make the feel while the browns,yellow, green, and red make it flow that is what makes this piece very interesting. I love the position also it is very unique. and i also love the mixture feel to me of winter and spring it is very nice. Also i love the flowers and the dress it also flows showing that she is free and creative.
