This is pretty neat, especially the taskbar. Is this actually using the windows taskbar? I haven't toyed with it much but I wasn't aware of that tweak. (This is a mater of personal preference but I would try inverting the dock background vertically, it makes a nice flip-down-from-the-top effect.)
