So yeah, I've really become obsessed with the game "Okami" now. Its quite depressing.So I decided to draw something to remind me of how obsessed I am.
This is the god Amaterasu, who took the form of a wolf. Or in other words, the main character. I'm still not sure whether Ammy is a girl or a boy. :/
I always thought Ammy was a dude, but the other gods keep saying: "Oh Amaterasu, mother of all" or something so I'm starting to wonder..
Oh well.
Well. Amaterasu howling and theres a random bloom in the background. I like using bloom. I like the pretty colours. Especially when there are randoms standing next to the tree. When the tree magically blooms, they look up at it and have a speech bubble with a question mark in it. - w-
Yeah, I know I'm weird.
So anyway.
I used a lot of references from google to make sure I'd drawn Ammy right, especially with his markings. I dont think I have it right, but its close enough. And I used a reference for the howling pose too. In short: I suck at drawing wolves in general.
Okay. Enough rant.

Actually, Amaterasu has no gender, but is most commonly depicted as a woman.

Got stuck almost at the final boss - where you had to get the gears stopped in the right places. It wouldn't let me stop them.. :I
