Austra has parlayed her kickboxing success into a lucrative business venture by opening her own gym. She loves to train up-and-coming fighters personally, but there's also lots of financial and clerical stuff to take care of, and business partners to meet with, and for that, Austra has to forgo her gym attire and dress up in a suit.This is a commission from *FrostRoo in which, after one long day in those high heels, Austra decides to have a little fun by trapping his character Timote, a micro kangaroo, in her stocking and making him massage her sore feet. At the time, Timote was called Karo and had a different color scheme.

First and foremost, Austra looks great in business-casual attire!
So, how high would estimate those heels are, and did she have to do a whole lot of standing and walking in them? I'm wondering just how hard they'd be on her feet, what with her using them as lethal weapons and all.

Thanks for the kind words! I enjoy trying to draw many different kinds of outfits, and Austra makes a great model and muse.
Those heels... I'd say they're about six inches high. Not quite as high as the heels she wears when she's glamming it up. Austra's idea of sensible shoes, you might say. And I figure that since Austra is in such great need of a foot massage, she must have been on her feet a lot this day. Standing up to do a presentation for her clients, walking to a business lunch a few blocks away, waiting on line to pick up some forms...
Glad to hear from you again! I miss posting art and I'm hoping I can stay focused enough to resume my old pace of production.

You know, your response got me thinking about a possibly cute and humorous "comparison" pic. Put Austra on one side, and one of your more closely "regular-sized" ladies on the other side...possibilities include Turja, Jerri, or why not Bobbi? Of course, I'm biased towards cute she-wolves! 
All that footwork you mentioned sounds like it would be rough for anyone, even if they were wearing flats! I have to wonder if Austra would be feeling worse if her feet weren't so tough already.
