IT IS DONE!!!!!!! omg! i thought this picture would never be done!yes, this is the picture that i started to work on this summer in hopes that it would be done before Halloween, and it is. i am so happy.
This is the first one of a series that i am starting. The famous urban legend, The Hitchhicker. I bought this book this summer and started to read it. it was all about ghost stories and it had at some places some illustration. Which gave me the idea to redo all of those urban legends/ghost stories into illustration. the second one is already started.
This is totally different from what i usually do. i used darker colours instead of the famous purple and brighter colours. it was a test to see if i was actually able to do this right. I am surprised at myself, i love it. it worked out better than i thought. i hope you will enjoy it as much as me.

The coloring of this is wonderful! Especially the way you did the lighting of the car headlights. It sets such an intriguing atmosphere, and I absolutely love that fence.

well it would have been better but the only reason i wrote it was cuz i was bored and i needed something to do while waiting 4 my teacher 2 pick up our test then some people said they liked it so i wrote some more

Wow, out of all your work, this one is my favorite (the photograph of the curved hallway being a close second). The sky looks great along with the moon. Definitely makes it look dreary even if the background wasn't a graveyard. The trees looks great. My favorite part is the headlights and the effect it has on the lighting on the tombstones. Kick ass work! Speaking of favorite...

That sucks that other people didn't really appreciate that one. If it makes you feel any better, The DeVry Reviews I have are my best works and they were never well received by the general public either (including art teachers). But I guess no one can appreciate the work more than the artist. I just got an idea...hadn't posted a real drawing on here in months but I'm going to draw out a writing that I have posted on here. Ok, that's all I'm allowed to say. Wondering what you're going to come up with next. I already got three of your works as faves.

Two weeks, huh? I'll definitely have to check that out. I'm not really sure when I'm even going to get started on this pic. Currently, I'm helping a friend out with storyboards for her film class. Actually, I'm pretty much doing the project for her. Not to sound like an arrogant bastard, but I came up with the story, no dialogue so no script, and I came up with all the shots so far. Could probably finish them by today or tomorrow. Just have to add a little detail to them to make them look DeviantArt friendly. Really glad you appreciate my comments.
