it is 'when' rather than 'where' - it is the season autumn (høst in norwegian bokmål, haust in nynorsk). i had to use the latter, because it is impossible to use the ø-character in titles on da.

as for where, this is sort of a statue in a school yard near by where i live.

Very interesting im not sure how the letter sounds change, i know i changes how the word is pronounced...
School yards are different then, though the archetecture is often different where you are i visited norway in my childhood and remember it being noticable.. it is in most places, but always in different ways.
