Why exactly? You realize the "Beast Of The Sea" is actually that underwater current in the movie that was causing the Pokemon to gather, Lugia is not "The Beast of The Sea" referred to in the legend.

Wow ^v^ I love how you put this together and used Lugia's sprite pose, something people don't usually do. Colour scheme is brilliant, background lovely.. Lugia blends in nicely! Great job ^v^

I actually had to "blow up" the tiny sprite to over 3500 px to actually work with it that well... X_x;;; And to tell the truth, Lugia wasn't the only one I did it to...
