I think it's for europe only , but not sure.
And for the template, well they say that we have to use it, but i couldn't, we have really different styles,
some other people have posted other drawing that are not using the template too so i guess you can do it without.
Anyway, i think the contests ends tomorrow u___u i was a bit late , and they are ranking by counting the number of "likes"
so good thing if you have a huge friendlist on facebook lol otherwise you are just screwed whatever your skills are!
