Been working through a lot of world building surrounding my Oriverse. Along with that, my best friend Iram is adding Lu into his Oriverse in the form of The Timekeeper. I suppose he's the Timekeeper in my lore as well, but I haven't thought that far ahead, I'm still working on it . As you may be aware, Lu has the power to travel through timelines; for my birthday, Iram gifted me (Lu) a Wisp. I never worked Wisps into my lore because...well I don't know. Anyway, I decided that all of Lu's time travelling happened after getting the Wisp, which is what allows him to time travel.

Iram's lore is...slightly different. From what I understand (cause as far as I know it's still being written), Lu is The Timekeeper. And he is in possession of a Time Wisp where he balances the flow of time or something, and it's passed down from Lu to Lu; he has always been the Timekeeper, and always will be. I'm not really sure . There's a certain point in the story he's writing that Lu is getting old, and has cybernetic implants from Eymia to help him stay agile. This particular art isn't depicting that scene specifically, as he's not very old in this picture; perhaps this art is shortly after his new limbs were installed?

The elder Niwenian spirit glared at the crowd, his silver eyes as cold and piercing as the light glinting off his augments, created by the species he called ‘Humans’ to offset his advancing age.

From a distance, he didn’t look like much -- from a distance he looked like a blob of light. Lithe of frame, short in stature, and wearing his signature green cloak, Lu was a fellow outcast -- which is why he fascinated Correim, he supposed. Lu didn’t speak of his home often, only that it was far away and much much more advanced than the technological marvels of Niwen or Nibel combined. Not even the fabled Azenor or the mythical Eldingar contained such wonder, he had boasted in a rare moment of socialising.

What was most curious was that, though he had said he was Niwenian -- and he did look Niwenian, fennec traits, ears, tail, all that -- he claimed to have been born in Nibel, but he never elaborated or gave details.

“So, what brings our esteemed Timekeeper here, Lu of Eymia?” The eyes of the fennec spirit flared with an inner power, tinted green. The power of the Timekeeper. Granted by Tachyon himself to the one worthy of his power over Time itself.

As a side note: I tried going back to Medibang on my laptop (what I've been doing for the last several years), and I seemed to get this done with much less trouble than with Procreate on my iPad (using for about a month or two). Not that I have trouble, but it's just harder to get motivation right now, so I'm doing what I know well -- plus I can work quicker in Medibang because I've spend more time with it. So I think I just need to do a mix of both until I'm more comfortable with Procreate.
