i feel like i broke through walls that have been
surrounding me for years upon years. i don't want to be the person
i have been for a long time. it felt really good to have ran after you during a situation
where i would have otherwise seen you, decided it was too late, and turned go to back inside.

but i ran, and caught up. i got to talk beside you and listen to you talk. it made me smile.
if i adore you so much, maybe i should run after you instead of sitting still and crying.

i need to wander into the pretty places i'd always wanted to
venture off to, and there's a lot i need to discover about myself.
but i want to find who you are, too.
