I only got to see the first 30 mins of Inception, due to a huge TV handset war with my little brother (as he wanted to watch Garfield instead ><) but those 30 minutes were awesome!

well my idea is like that..surgery within the Mind.... .__.
The body parts and organs will be in random form (depends on the scenario) so its really hard to determine
and the virus will have to be figured out by themselves X)
