The Lady of Bats looks great. She looks nice and crisp. Very nice. I really like the black cat. Got to love the black cat. 
But the background looks a little odd, esp. with the way the Lady of Bats looks so sharp. It looks sightly pixelated or something.

I'm not sure I can explain it right...
Ok I found a defination that might help...
"Pixelated describes an image in which individual pixels are apparent to the naked eye. Typically, the separate square pixels in bitmapped images such as GIFs do not appear individually. When the image is displayed too large or at a low resolution the image becomes pixelated (this is sometimes done purposely for special effect)."
