Nickname/Alias: Seiryu of The East, Ice-heart, Red Ice Seiryu.

Age: 29.

Race: Human (Waterbender).

Physical Traits: Short and spiky black hair, stormy grey irises, and tawny skin. Covering his left arm from the top of his shoulder down to his wrist is a serpentine dragon with ice-blue scales, its head resting on the back of his hand as it bares its fangs.

Family: Has no contact with them (Left Northern Water Tribe after a . . . disagreement with the chief).

Usual Attire: Seiryu tends to wear a long, azure coat over a simple sleeveless shirt, along with a pair of leather trousers and armoured, calf-high boots suitable for running and walking for long periods of time. Sometimes, he will also don a black, boiled leather breastplate reminiscent of dragon scale with an integral hood, along with armoured, fingerless gauntlets.

Weapon: Seiryu fights solely with weapons created from ice, most typically being long knives, swords, and flails. He will also create ice weapons for utilitarian purposes such as climbing several surfaces with hand-claws, climbing hooks and a grapple hook. He can also surround himself in an armor of ice that is either spiked or grow short blades from his elbows, feet, and hands. When he's feeling particularly murderous, he'll make a small wound on his hand (or on his opponent) and make an ice weapon made of blood, typically a punch knife or form a knife around his hand with a fine serrated edge suitable for shredding an enemy. Lastly, his specialised version of Bloodbending is known as the Essence Absorbing Stance, which he generally uses when he's surrounded. This technique begins when he grabs the head or center mass of his first opponent once he catches them off-guard, drawing all the blood and moisture from the unfortunate victim, forming it into his requisite armour and/or weapon before fighting like a mad dog, swinging and cleaving like a

Fighting Style: Seiryu uses both the Northern and Southern styles of waterbending, though he'll typically use the more direct Southern style when in combat. He only uses the Northern style when fighting at range, such as creating ice-bladed water whips and his own version of Bloodbending. He can also utilise his own chi to disrupt his opponent's own chi and bodily functions by focusing it into his palm and thrusting his hand forward into his enemy's chest.
