The Black Jackalkin mother of Anu, Amanua was one of the last of her clan and a master of magic. While Anu inherited some features and fur color from her wolfkin father, she most resembles her mother and she treasures the fact she is a hybrid of the two kin. Her clothing is the same set passed down from her own parents, it is magical gear that adapts in color, shape, and style based on the blood of the one whom inherits it. When it comes to fighting Amanua is cold and merciless, she grew up watching her clan and family hunted to near extinction so she never holds back when it comes to fighting those whom threaten her. But in truth she just wants to live a more quiet peaceful life and raise a family that she could pass on her skill at making potions and spells. When she met the boastful and brash wolfkin know as the Twilight Mage she initially resented his carefree attitude, but then she saw that underneath it was a man with a passion that matched her own. Eventually they became a married couple and had their triplet daughters Anu, Una. and Nau, but sadly just as the girls reached young adulthood Amanua and her beloved lost their lives to keep them safe.

This is just a rough drawing for now but I plan on doing a full drawing and then one with her and Anu together. It was hard to make sure she looked just different enough from Anu but you can still seem the resemblance in them with the major differences being her snout, ears, and tail length.
