I love Celestia! I love Luna too, don't get me wrong but I think there's just something about Celestia's design that makes me want to draw her more! Her mane takes forever though...!I'm quite happy with this, actually! Considering how difficult she is it's not too bad! I'm most pleased with her eye...
Also no she hasn't got her royal jewels on...I like to think she sometimes takes then off and goes for a stroll or a fly on her own...some time in which she doesn't have to be a princess
Her cutie mark sucks though I really struggle with it >< it's pretty but difficult!
