And you don't need to clone anything: take too shots, one with the subject, one without it, work with layers. I love the image, though. Edit: and the shadow!

I agree with the above. I would have made a shot of her on the stool, and one with just the scene without, delete the chair using the layer that doesn't show it or the shadow and you wouldn't have to worry about clone stamps. Also, if the image was going for a more "realistic" look, I would take a separate shot of the outside view through the window and include that so the highlights from the outside isn't blown out. I like where this picture was going through, keep working hard, it's the only way to improve.
