Pageview is hard, i think i gotta be more active heh

For the hard, it's also hard (Well for coloring, everything is hard for me haha). One reason is the choice of color i think, because i really have very limited collection of markers . But i manage to survive the ordeal and produce something that ppl can enjoy ^_^ (so everything worth it~~)

You answered me on both levels. I need to get me some markers. I suck with digital, so I might as well get markers that can look as good as digital, no? I got my sister some for christmas, 450 freaken' dollars, and they were the copic ones from Japan. Her art looks awesome, but damn! I love her and her talent that much *le sigh....*

hahaha, some markers for your sis for 450?? your some = a bunch is it haha. I'm envy for your sis, how i wish someone can buy me 'some'. ^_^

Well, i think once u get the hang of something, everything can turn to gold (whether is digital or traditional), so i wouldn't stop u from trying the markers haha. Both got goods and bads.

In the past i usually just draft and didn't color (because i don't have confidence in it). But later on i just try markers (because it's a gift haha) and i realise it's not as hard as i thought, just the color choice is the tough part. And after that, i try Photoshop (well, just curious, don't have high hope in it heh) so i color and scan and use photoshop to correct any obvious mistakes and explore the effects such as glows (i like the glow effect, make things so dreamy haha). Well, i learn both ways in realise, and now, just not long ago, i try fully digital color, of course the line still draw by hands)

To me, everything happen like so fast haha (it surprise me), so i believe u also can do it!! So try whatever way u believe in ya~~ (well of course u pick up your own pace ya haha)

Good advice! Thanks! I am going to attempt my contest peice in all digital, cuz they prefer something not choppy or gritty. So yeah, if I suck ass with that, I will just use traditional media, and touch it up on the computrice. I am sometimes afraid to paint, even though after it is all done, the paints look BEAUTIFUL!!!! But yeaah, ina ll, I will eventually get it. Maybe a few month from now. I guess I really like the control over the direction I have of something when I use my hands. I can't master that yet on the computrice. I hope this contest peice looks awesome. I am trying to get it colored before I leave for Canada.

Well it just happen that those colors are the only colors (markers) i have on my table haha. It's hard to collect markers when u are not earning any income heh

Yeah I love mooncake too, same here same here, No egg!!! But too bad all my family like it, so usually i got no choice but *Gulp~* (>_<
