Awww it's really cute! I love the shading of the dress and of her hair, and her movement is very fluid and natural.
If I have one objection, it's the proportions of the legs. The right one seems like it's chopped off, and the left one is too chubby in comparison with the rest of her body.
It's evident that you've put a lot of effort in this one, and you've had a nice result. keep it up!!! ^^
