very effective! How did you do this in Photoshop. I recently purchased Photoshop and there are so many things I want to do with it but don't know how.

first i start off with using a black and white clouds, then i pixelate with mezzotint medium strokes. After that i use a radial blur, copy the layer use the twirl affect one one layer then do the exact opposite to the other, then u add color to it
