But if the current The Guy in Guy: Gaiden also has one then this pic would explain it.

But the current The Guy (formerly The Kid) doesn't get several injuries, he keeps dying and coming back (prior to his ascension to The Guy)

'I wanna be the guy' es un juego gratuito que puedes jugar en internet, y que es muy muy dificil. Mueres 50 veces por minuto xD Pero es muy entreteido
