I was working on this piece for a big chunk a time and just not feeling it. Then I made a couple tweaks and it seemed to start coming together. Just as I started to like the thing (and was finishing it up) I had a much better idea on how to tackle a Ghost Rider piece. If I didn't have some other projects going I'd maybe scrap this and do my new idea. Oh well, enjoy!Related content

Haven't had a chance to say how much I like this piece... Actually it would just take to long to say what I love about this pic. I like this one more then the kill bill you did, And that was a fav of mine from what I have see from you in the group.

I took a slightly different approach to this piece. Was trying to tone down the line work and go for more of a old grainy photo look. Not perfect but was an interesting try.

i love the detail and depth you get into these. The bike looks wicked. GR is a tough character, but you did him real justice here.
The chains are awesome.

I think my biggest hurdle was figuring out how to do an interesting pose with the motorcycle involved. I really wanted to do the weird shield motorcycle but couldn't make it look not silly. I don't like his skull bikes so I went with the classic flaming cruiser.

I think that 'weird shield bike' the Ketch one was the coolest also, but I also thing the classic one really worked well with your style and piece here. For a bare bone character GR has a lot going on.
I think those skull bikes and the whole 'vengence' thing was ridiculous and totally ruined ghostrider.....when they gave him tusks.

You choose a tough angle so kuddos on that. The reflections of fire are great as well. The background is kinda muddy but overall great piece.

The background is probably my biggest issue with the piece too. Any other week and I'd dive back in but the Tournament is taking priority for now.
