365 days of CyborgsFor some reason the Cyborgs from dragonball were called androids in the American version. Here is the last of the main creations of Doctor Gero, #17.
Will Cell make an appearance before this project is over? And if so which version?

Now, how is Cell a cyborg? I thought he was just an alien.

Nope, not an alien. He was mcreated by Dr. Gero. His previous cyborgs were made with humans (like 17 here) but Cell was a composite of different dna (saiyan, frieza, namekian, etc...) I can't remember why he needed the other cyborgs to perfect himself though, I think it was some failsafe against him going out of control.
