This is Robo-Ky: Blade, one of my Guilty Gear OCs.

Story:
Just when you would think there wont be anything as freaky as Robo-Ky, here comes Dr.Janus West proving you wrong...
Dr.West has a bit of an obsession with weapons, the more destructive the better, and being a PWAB employee, he always wanted to "play" with the Robo-Ky units. Yet after one of his experiments with a giant Gear went wrong, causing said Gear to go berserk in the PWAB branch, Dr.Crow made sure not to let West anywhere near his Robo-Ky project...
Years later, when Judgement-Ky began to fight against PWAB, he also recruited Dr.West as a "captive of the "evil" PWAB"... yet what was even better, was that he also picked a Robo-Ky unit along the way, free for him to experiment and "play". Of course, said unit was very heavily damaged and nothing close to functional. Yet the obsessed evil genius didn't let that spoil his fun, he put everything he got into repairing the damaged robot, and upgrading him in a manner he saw fit, redesigning his weapon arsenal, power source (Blade is fuelled with "Noah", Dr.West's special energetic formula) and even clothing (since his old attire was pretty much in shreds).
That's how Robo-Ky: Blade was born, created to join Judgement-Ky's Justice Inquisition Order, packed with so many blades inside his robotic body, that even the doctor lost count. How did all of this fit in this robotic body? Oh, that's easy, Doc West just threw away all the shit that was inside, like the throne, table, bicycle, bazooka, etc. and they all fit (and even left some place for more).
He's not really that devoted into J-Ky's "all that justice shit and whatnot", but he hangs along with him and his group anyway, pretty much just for fun, and to show off how "awesome" he is. And Dr.West doesn't really mind his motives as long as he can see his creation spread destruction
Also, Blade is extremely cocky and arrogant, and always makes goofy puns about "sharpness", "cutting", etc. when speaking (like "You're just not cut-out to be as awesome as me" or "Chicks dig my lines, 'cause of my razor-sharp tongue").

Oh, and kudos to you if you can guess what inspired the design of his outfit, hehehe, and even more kudos to you if you can guess what does the "N.E.T.S.I." on his belt mean without googling >3

Weapons:
Blades, blades, and more blades. Knives, swords, halberds, scythes, chainsaws (all in normal versions and rotating), Blade has it all as long as it's sharp and he can hurt somebody with it. He's basically an oversized, humanoid penknife
Also, his power meter differs from regular Robo-Ky units, due to the "Noah" formula fuelling him.

Fighting Style:
Since he's a heavily redesigned Robo-Ky unit, his fighting style is almost completely different. He does have similar moves, though now reinforced with his new arsenal of weapons. Though he mostly uses special moves involving the variety of his hidden blades.
He can fight effectively in all ranges, since he's got some deadly weapon attacks for close, some deadly extended weapon attacks for mid, and some weapon throwing projectiles for long range. But his moves are mostly a gamble, you either guess the opponents move and position and hit them... or you can expect a nasty comeback if you miss, so choosing the right move for the right situation is the key of his fighting style.
Also, the "Noah" fuelling him gives him access to a hidden "Powered-Up" mode, which considerably rises his power level, and makes him slowly gain "Tension" on his own, but also slowly decreases his health bar.
Also, as a last resort, Blade can summon several rows of swords in a wings like formation, and throw them at the opponent for massive damage, though this move takes a lot of time and energy to perform (not to mention the swords themselves), so he doesn't use that move often. And this is pretty much his Destroyer move called "On The Wings of Endless Pain".
