This is somebody alright, just a random girl I drew.The problem is that... The pose is kinda really wrong at the leg part that makes the picture looks UGLEH!
Even though it's like that, I still need your comments! Faves are not as important as comments!

Well, the legs look pretty much fine to me. But having that problem in your description will make people look for the problem, so I would recomend you not mention it. Plus it is so minor most people wouldn't even notice. I kinda like the pose myself! This is a really good drawing. You should color!

Weeeeell I usually do that, I mean, I ALWAYS point out the problem in my drawings =.=. Well since I need people to point out the problems in my drawings so that I can draw better. xD
Well I'm trying to color it now (on computer) but it's reaaally hard since I need to make all of the line-art and color and everything! I'm kinda lazy ;A;

I have photoshop and a tablet. but I just can't color or draw with it. It never turns out right. It is so annoying. Is SAI any good?

Well SAI is the best when it comes to making line-arts and it's easy to use, but it seems like only people who are professionals use it =.=, I'm not that much (at all) of a pro so I guess it's not the right program for me, but it does well. I know many people that is professional in my country and they all use SAI to draw (and edit few things in their drawings with Photoshop).
And SAI seems kind of, uh... unpopular.

BUT!
i didn't even noticed the leg issue untill i read your thing above
my eyes were more destractieved by the background
i really like it because its looks like feathers and it really looks cool by the hair and outfit
what i totally like the most are the hands (gloves) and the belts and the thing by her right leg
and i think that the neckless should be more likem flothing, i think that that fits her more
i also like the idea that gives me that she's wearing to boots but its one. and the hair assosaory
xD when i look at the draw i think she flying in the night, or waLking in a forest
even do i really really LOVE this draw
