Summer Games Done Quick, a week-long speedrunning marathon stream that raises money for charity. They have bidding wars for Super Metroid runs that determines whether runners save or kill the animals at the end of the game. Saving the animals, while morally the right thing to do, results in a slower time than killing them. Last night, the animals were killed.
