Description
On the night of the annual shooting star festival was the day that I met Kumi.

In old drawings of myself, my pet was named Ocpy and it was a small octopus with antennae who has terrible motion sickness. In the newer version of my story, I originally don't have a pet at all when I arrive in Mycena. When I attend the shooting star festival, I make a wish to have a companion. By accident, I catch one of the shooting stars and Kumi is born from that star, becoming my lifelong companion. Because of my wish, our emotions are linked, so Kumi often blurts out what I'm feeling (even at the most inopportune of times). She really enjoys eating meringue. Her tails actually grow star candy at the ends of them and she will give them to people she likes. (She regrows the star candy every half hour or so.)

This is a re-do of this deviation here that I did nearly four years ago:

Since then, I've almost stopped doing pure digital artwork. If you were all aware before, I never really had a set image for my online persona, Lumina Astri. Except for the fact my hair was purple and I often drew myself with mushrooms in my hair and a see through scarf, there really was no set image for me. This is a glimpse of what my final form will look like for a very long time.
