Description INCASE anyone was wondering why Oilspill has a messed up eye, here is the event!

Probably just one page, not promising another in intrest of time and completing my homework. And yes yes, I know I should get to work on Roots. I'm thinking out the plot a bit more but I don't plan on ever letting go, so no worries!

thank su, yeah I used oekaki. Its easier with layers and mixing colors.
