Sorry I've been a bit dead these past few days, guys - recovering from NaNo is serious business. But I've had a large dosage of Sweeney Todd lately via my acting class, and this is the result of that plus an hour long bus ride out and back - chibis!Personally, I like the concert version of this (with Neil Patrick Harris), but Tim Burton's edition is much more fun to draw :3
This is also why I don't do chibis. I suck D:
EDIT: I just realized I drew Toby and the judge in basically the same pose xD But I'm too lazy to fix it. Just know it's not intentional

ahahah I love this. Yes I agree NPH did amazing in the concert version! He should've been in the 2005 revival too! And Jude Terpin is a creeper....that line always made me think that....but my favorite line of his (well not in the play but the movie) "YOU GANDERED!"

My music teacher lent me a very old tape of that concert, which we ended up converting to DVD, so now I can watch it again and again!
The judge in the concert version, and the way he says that quote "How sweet you look in that fine muzz-i-lynn gown"...Oh, that's so creepy how he enunciated the word "muslin".
