now i realize i should have added spike since he IS a part of the family, but i don't really have a solid adult spike design yet

TWILIGHT SPARKLE (she/he, nonbinary bisexual)

-known as the princess of unity both for her ability to unite science and magic, (think hextech from arcane? idk) and her ability to unite different species through "friendship"

-has distant sphinx genes from his father

-twilight is kind of in the "awkward teen" phase of alicornhood, still getting used to her growth spurts and wings (i used cadence's model as reference for her body type)

-for the past two or so decades, equestria has been in a transitional phase in transferring the power from celestia to twilight and the rest of the mane 6. twilght now acts as the "co-ruler" to celestia (will explain more later)

-Twilight works as an "administrator" of sorts for the school she created, unfortunately not being able to actually run it anymore as her workload is too high as is

-being a "made" alicorn and not a natural alicorn like celestia and luna, she does physically age and may actually be mortal???

PINKAMENA DIANE PIE (or just Pinkie) (any pronouns, genderfluid lesbian)

-has pegasus genes from her fathers side which allow them to walk on clouds, and crystal pony genes from her mother which is why she dulls/flattens when upset

-pinkie has taken on their niece Taffeta as her official "apprentice party planner"

-despite having elft home as a young teenager, pinkie has always made it a pount to stay close to her family, taking her

-aurora (or rory, as their friends call them) is a scientist like her mother twilight, most specifically a marine biologist. she's had a fascination with the ocean ever since she was little, and can frequently be found either at the beach or taking care of one of her many aquarium tanks in the castle

-notably more soft-spoken than the rest of her family, her aloof and seemingly carefree nature has drawn her a lot of suitors (alas, she is oblivious)

-kind of a "quiet extrovert," rory HATES excessive noise and gets overstimulated really easily but

-ambassador in training to the seaponies/seaquestria

-she plays every instrument but sticks to the drums mostly, plays in a band with some friends

-she's especially close with her aunts maud and marble, as they're the only family members she has who aren't overstimulatingly loud at times

-borealis is also a scientist like her mom and sister, except she is a weather scientist- she works on cloudsdale with pegasi making clouds and rainbows, as she has the ability to walk on clouds like pinkie.

-she has a "pinkie sense" of her own, she's incredibly intuitive to everything... except other people's emotions. she's bad at reading people thus bad

-when not cooped up in her lab doing god knows what, she's chatting up her friends, coworkers, etc with her chemistry discoveries- even if they don't want to here

-as aurora is a "quiet extrovert", bori is a "loud introvert"- she has a decent amount of friends and TRIES to make more. but isn't really good at talking to people
