Why is it that the greatest inspiration comes in times of great heart ache?
This pic was done very spur of the moment after having a conversation with my husband . . . he is gone most of the time because his job takes him away.
Inspiration hit me, smack dab in the middle of talking . . .or rather typing to him when he said these words:
"And it's my heart I leave it with you for safe keeping so that I always find a way home even when there is no possible way . . . it will guide me."
Well, after I stopped sniffling , I started drawing.
This is Ridaim Fitter (left) and Toemi Rynguard (right).
They are the alter egos of me and my husband. They were in fact our first RP characters ever . . .Ridaim is a human demon hunter (and yes, he's huge-7ft tall and muscle bound). He fell in love with Toemi, a vampire. Their story is a very long one but Ridaim is gone all the time because he is always in one battle or another. And Toemi always waits for him, but it breaks her heart because well . . .Ridaim is human. He could die or grow old and leave her forever. So when he comes home, it is a happy time . . .though Ridaim is not always in the best condition.
