Description Fulfilling a request from

The request was for the Shadowbolts to be lined up for inspection, getting eyeballed by their "commander" from the episode they were in.

This was like the 5th attempt at making this - I kept scrapping ideas because I didn't like how they were going. Still not completely happy with the background on this one, but it's about as good as it's going to be for the time being.
