It's a transforming Ditto! I was thinking of Pokemon Snap, with the abundance of Ditto-disguised-as-Bulbasaur, and... Well, I was having fun with brush settings. :3

I can help but imagine transform would actually look pretty frightening. Blobs are frightening! Ditto gives you that face to lull you into a false sense of security!
