#9: Chronic insomnia. Numbers has some conditions that will be explored in chapter 3. Nothing looks more natural than sleeping; I don't even think death is more natural. That's why drawing sleeping things in certain positions is a good way to test skill: it has to feel weighted and relaxing. Make it look like they're really lying down with their brain turned off and not just flat on a bed smiling with their eyes closed like they're in a mattress commercial. It can be fun and adorable just like this. Dr. Numbers is my eternally loved darling waifu.
Because of this one, I've changed "daily sketches" to "daily drawings."
