The English language is far too crude and rough.

It still seems too good to be true.

How was I the one that God decided to bless with you?

You let me in, trusted me with your heart.

I am beyond honored to love such a beautiful soul, kind, funny and smart.

I very much love to pray with you.

It's something I've never had before, it's wonderful and new.

I feel safe and at home in your arms,

Like I can't be reached by the world outside's harms.

We can listen and talk to each other and be honest,

That is how it will always be, and that's a promise.

Being together is so incredibly easy,

I can only believe that it's meant to be.

We can make jokes at the pain of the past,

Because now we know why those relationships didn't last.

How can it be that you are real?

You who seem to make all my past hurts heal.

You know about all my fears,

And you still love me after learning about the past years.

I can't even begin to express how much you mean to me.

You make my anxiety fade, with you I am carefree.

Who would have thought the enjoyment of a game called Jak and Daxter,

Could lead to finding so much love and laughter.

This relationship has been built on love, kindness, and trust.

And now I know it's not just me making this journey to Heaven, it's us.
