This is tight. Very clean for pencil. And you NAILED the out or focus hair in the foreground. It makes it very realistic.

Pencil Club Mentor Critique:

Oh wow, up close and personal! Now here's a drawing that gets 'in your face'! Definitely an interesting angle for sure!

As for critiques, it's kind of hard to give since I'm not sure if this was referenced or made up. I only ask because there are some details I would mention, but for all I know, those details could simply be this particular person's character features.

That aside, I will critique what I am mostly sure of. The eyes are most certainly the focal point on this piece and the contrast in them are nicely done. However, the darkness of the eyes (intentional?) makes them stand out so much more because that same darkness doesn't appear anywhere else in her face. Makes the rest of her face seem flat in comparison.

In my opinion, you could use some more dark tones in key areas to give this piece that added perception of depth it seems to lack. (folds of clothing for example) Not a lot of darker, just a touch to add that little extra emphasis.
