This was originally going to be Sailor Heavens' princess dress. Though I still REALLY like the design, I don't think it would work completely for her.Though it saddens me that I will only be maybe using 3 dresses out of 11 (2 incomplete), it means I get to redesign dresses for them, which I truly love doing.
