Description This item CAN be shipped internationally if I put in cowhide straps instead of deerskin--contact me for rates to your country!

New or reclaimed from industry materials: Horse ears/mane, deerskin leather

Secondhand/recycled materials: None

This lovely pair of brown horse ears has an added bonus--part of the mane and forelock! It's an unusual costume piece, especially as I usually get the ears alone with no mane remaining. Two deerskin straps comfortably secure this piece to the wearer's head. I don't get horse ears so often, so I always appreciate when I'm able to offer them in my shop. These ears are eco-friendly--they're scraps left over from taxidermy, and instead of going into an incinerator or landfill, they've become part of my art! And, as has been my practice for over a decade, part of the money will go to a nonprofit group that benefits wildlife and their habitats.

Price: $60

Unfortunately I have exactly one source for horse hides, and it really depends on what they have. I get maybe one or two sets a year, usually chestnut or bay.
