I don't need much for drawing OCs , sometimes a description is enough, and yes I do draw also non-RWBY related ones.
Sadly because of my tight schedule I only draw other peoples OCs as commissions ,they can do from 10-20 $

I do try to draw them more human then anime/manga when it comes to style and I also use references of real people when I draw that way its easier and the characters look more realistic.

I imagine referencing is easier when working with real people. In any event I love the styles you got going...Especially Cardin’s and Mercury’s styles, cause god damn do those two look cool.

Its is but it also requires knowledge of anatomy because referencing of real people has its ups and downs and you must really know what you are doing , for example I have an entier folder of references and I couldn't just pick anything for Mercury or Cardin I had to take something that will match their personality somehow ,it must "feel right" in a way it hard to explain but that is how it works
