Sæhrímnir from my novel, The Burners.The last of his kind, the Einherjar, Rímnir remains aloft in solitude in the land of Niflheim, where blizzards never seize to bluster. The Einherjar were a clan and race of ancient-taught warriors, sort of like samurai or knights. They worked alone, but at the same time they stuck together--always prepared to fight for their kin.
