Hm I'd like to claim #1 but i wanted to know if i could play with the colours? Like add red toenails and markings and get rid of the flecks? And do their antler nubs have to be drawn exactly that way or can I just draw them as antlers because I don't think the nubbies will look good in my style

And nope! I'm going to make a style guide later for the variations in the species, but for now, go ahead and make whatever kind of antlers/horns you want. Generally they point forward, but you are more than welcome to have them swept back like real antlers. They can be sharp too!! literally anything you want tbh.
AND HECK YES....clothing, jewelry.....they're relatives of dragons, so they have a tendency to really like shiny things!!
