i REALLY like these two and their designs...
SCUBUOY-water/steel-SWIFTSWIM- rain makes him faaast!
scubuoy is a portmanteau between "scuba" and "buoy" and is able to control his buoyancy using his forarms... if you cant tell.. he's based off a scuba diver XD
"SCUBUOY tend to inhabit tropical mid-depth regions where it regulates it's buoyancy using it's ank-tank like arms as it explores the wonders of the sea"
he's so cute.. .like a little seamonkey X0

AQUANEER-water/steel-TERROR-both when this pokemon is summoned, and after it uses a stat increasing move, the opponent pokemon flinches out of fear
aquaneer is sort of a combo between aqua and engineer, since it specializes in techniques of aquatic fright-making :9
"aquaneer unlike it's previous form, tends to lives more towards the land where it waits in the shallows and terrifies late-night beach-goers"
he really sort of addapted a "something from the water ever lagoon" type appearance, and i like it

i've seen these lots of times but never really paid much attention. they're pretty cool! i love the colors and the overall design and how evil aquaneer is >:3

if this were in a game it would be the ultimate sweeper/set up pokemon with that terror ability it can freely swords dance its heart out then smash the living hell of the oponent unless someone pits it against a lucario or pokemon with inner focus

That's what he's based off of. I would never make him literally look like a diver, that would just be bad designing.

I knew that XP on Scubuoy is the one that said it's more like a scuba diver. I knew it's evolved form was of that design.

im not japanese, im not familiar with the legendas and culture, so naturally, i probably wouldnt be designing stuff like that, and if i did, i would say so
what i do know about the kappa, is that is has a water filled hole on its head... and my pokemon do NOT have even a hole on their heads

A ROM is a game emulator for the PC; people have been taking ROM's of Sapphire/ruby/Emerald and "ROM Hacking" (editing) them to insert fan-made pokemon into the game, as well as their own areas, abilities, etc.

Oh no, if you don't SELL the material its considered completely legal to do :3 See, you arent stealign money when you aent making it, so "counterfeit" games that are free can technically be protected as artistic material :3 Isn't how copyright works great? XD
The peopel making these games are offerign them for download (once finished), and I think peopel witht he same version can somehow use them over netbattle ^-^

Well, if you're going to hack anything (Go ROM hackers! I hack Super Mario World), at least practice before you release.
There is a ration of probably 1 good hack to about 700 terrible hacks.

Anyway, back on the artwork, I really dig their designs. Scubuoy being the best of the two, IMHO

If you have a regular keyboard (I think those of laptops are different) you have to keep the "Alt" button pressed, and type 0169 in the numeric keyboard on your right, like this: ©
