Hello again!! I just wanted to say a PROPER thank you for this piece of work! ♥ I am very grateful for it and I LOVE it!! Honestly, this is one of my favorite requests/commissions I made (not that I don't LOVE everyone else's!) because the title and the darkness of the picture. I love darker images. I also like to think of it this way: Sorrinna has no clue just yet who Sebastian really is. She just thinks he is a very alluring human. I like to think of this piece as darker not only in tone but in depth. Once she and Sebastian become lovers, she has no clue what she got into, and she can NEVER go to heaven because of this. Not only is Sorrinna blind and not able to physically see, she cannot mentally see whom Sebastian really is. His embrace is a trap almost! Sorry for my babbling haha anyways well I also love her kimono! I have never seen those colors on her and I am very pleased with them! I also love her hair!The way hair is done always fascinates me! I love love love it!! If you are ever open for requests, I would love to know because I have surprise gifts for friends and such I would love to have for them! Anyways, thank you SO much again and have an awesome day!

And your interpretation of this picture is really deep. I wanted to make Sebby as a mysterious allurement, and Sorinna doesn't really realize what's coming, she just smell a sweet temptation (idk if I'm right in saying this but yeah that's what I mean lol).

I like your colors on this piece, and your overall impression is really effective. I also love the patterns on the dress and in the background. Really nice usage of both.
Something about the composition just very slightly puts me off, though. Something I can't quite determine about the way that Sebastian's shape interacts with the background space. It isn't truly distracting, just something that I noticed as I observed the piece that you might want to try to work with in future pieces.
I think that this is a very successful piece overall. I hope your friend is happy.

I'm sorry, but I just don't get what you mean about Sebastian and background space... is it because the border is unclear? or is it because the background's supposed to be farther behind him?

Sorry, I guess I wasn't terribly clear on this. My bad.
I don't think that there is anything wrong with the perspective, or even how Sebastian doesn't have a clear border to the background (It actually works well because it gives the impression that he is fading a little).
What I meant was that something about the composition of the piece stopped my eye from moving through the piece completely. I still can't quite put my finger on what it is, something about the visual line created by the two faces and Sebastian's body. It was honestly a really nitpick-y note, but I didn't want to not address it because it was something that I noticed in the piece.
I would say that if you continue to do this kind of work, and continue to experiment with posture and interactions between bodies, this is something that will kind of solve itself, because you really seem to have a strong grasp of color and composition. So I wouldn't be too concerned about a note like mine, but it was something that I wanted to address because it might help you to think about it more in future pieces.
